Position

Role: Full time (35hr per week) Permanent.

Location: Hybrid: Office based Crawley (2 days) plus additional day in either our Crawley or London Office

50 Best are seeking an experienced and creative digital sales professional with strong knowledge and understanding of digital and content marketing solutions.

The successful candidate will build relationships with current clients, as well as drive new business through food and drink, travel, consumer lifestyle brands and media agencies across the world.

With a focused digital strategy in place to develop our platforms and further grow our audience engagement, this role gives the successful candidate an exciting opportunity to have a big impact, drive innovation and growth for an already successful and well-known brand in a vibrant and exciting industry.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and build a client base of food and drink, travel, consumer lifestyle, and luxury brands worldwide
  • Understand client needs, strategy and business, developing long-term relationships
  • Drive increased revenues by developing a creative sales approach – selling highly engaging and impactful marketing campaigns for partners utilising content marketing, video and social media, plus banners and newsletters
  • Partnership campaign ideation and proposal curation in line with client objectives whilst maintaining balance with brand and audience engagement
  • Implement strategies and action plans aimed at increasing and diversifying revenues
  • Work collaboratively as part of the wider team, ensuring brand success
  • Campaign management – coordination and monitoring of campaigns, plus campaign reporting and analysis
  • Accurately report progress through sales reports and forecast revenue projections
  • Maintain and update sales and client activities and opportunities in our CRM system
  • Achieve and surpass commercial targets
  • Proactively arranging meetings virtually, and travel to visit key customers, tradeshows and our own events where required

Requirements

What you’ll need:

  • Digital media and creative solutions sales experience – consumer media preferred
  • Experience in selling to clients direct as well as media agencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proven track record of managing complex accounts and campaigns
  • A consultative sales approach whilst having an entrepreneurial flair and determined outlook and desire to deliver results
  • Be creative and have an innovation mentality
  • Goal-orientated, a strong team player and able to work collaboratively within a larger team
  • Global mindset
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint or presentation software
  • Language skills an advantage, but not essential
