In 1862 our founder, William Reed, set out to help his grocery industry customers succeed in business by giving them the information they needed in an authoritative weekly magazine. That simple objective – to provide powerful information in appropriate formats – has endured to become our business mission.
Fulfilling that mission in the 21st century has meant harnessing digital channels to deliver insightful journalism and high-value data to businesses the world over. It has also meant extending our core markets.
