All employees have a responsibility towards maintaining the security of Company property & information. Access to the buildings (other than via main reception) is by security pass card which will be issued to you in your first week. All visitors must report to reception on arrival where they will be issued with a visitors badge to be worn at all times. Employees must not allow unknown individuals to enter the building by any other means.
To maintain security of computerised information you will be required to enter a password to access our systems. Under no circumstances should third parties be allowed access to the Company’s systems and you must not divulge this password to any other individuals. If you need to change your password you will need to contact IT Support for assistance.
Any breach or attempted breach of the Company’s telephone or computer systems or of its security procedures must be reported to IT Support and your Manager as soon as you become aware of it.
Failure to comply with the Company’s security procedures is likely to be considered gross misconduct and may result in dismissal without notice.
