The role of Subscriptions Administrator is an exciting opportunity to support our dynamic Subscriptions team with administration tasks.
What you’ll be doing:
- Monitoring and developing customer service levels.
- Undertaking customer surveys and managing the Net Promoter Score progression.
- Managing customer queries and responding in a timely manner.
- Producing customer communications when necessary.
- Managing payment escalation process and monitor levels.
- Managing relationships with subscriptions bureau, telemarketing agencies and distribution agents.
- Organising regular update meetings and agendas for all suppliers.
- Checking and approving supplier invoices.
- Managing newstrade agent.
- Managing promoted issue process.
- Planning and managing the firm sale uplift campaigns.
- Monitoring delivery timing of newstrade and other copies.
- Producing monthly department reports and distribute to business.
- Monitoring campaigns and reporting regularly on results.
- Managing the print outer and wrap production.
- Managing delivery data and ensure we hit our Mailmark requirements.
- Managing print schedule with suppliers.
- Managing back issue process.
- Assisting the team with sending marketing campaigns as required.
- Developing data briefs and administer data development projects.
- Posting social media messages and tracking response.
- Attending team meetings and distribute notes.
- Scheduling in-house adverts and reporting on results.
- Checking and proof-reading marketing collateral.
- Managing and monitoring internal and complimentary subscription levels.
- Managing the customer GDPR process.
- Attending brand and company events on an ad hoc basis to foster relationships and help promote subscriptions.
- Attending regular team meetings in our other offices.
Requirements
What you’ll need:
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- To be a motivated individual.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management with ability to prioritise daily.
- Proficient in the full Microsoft suite.
- A proactive and can-do attitude.
