The Online Events Coordinator is responsible for managing content driven webinars, including developing and implementing webinar guidelines, best practices, providing support and assistance to external clients who are interested in running a webinar to promote their business to our online audience. The objective for this role is to provide complete coordination in project mode, expertise and guidelines for running a successful webinar, as well as to establish leadership.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Planning, managing, co-ordinating and executing webinar programs and initiatives.
  • Managing each webinar project: customized planning with deadlines and required deliverables, plan calls (kick off, recording, coaching, debriefing), technical coordination and delivery.
  • Proactively submitting initiatives to improve and optimize process in a time-effective manner.
  • Developing and implementing guidelines and protocols for conducting webinars.
  • Working closely with ad ops team to ensure successful promotion of webinars.
  • Contributing to webinar education and good practices thanks to expertise and detailed performance monitoring (KPI).
  • Developing benchmark criteria to measure the effectiveness of webinar programs and implementing improvements as required.
  • Offering guidance and support (including technical) to webinar speakers and hosts.
  • Working closely with third-party suppliers of webinar technology to ensure successful delivery of webinars.
  • Assist technology provider with delivering exceptional user experience for clients.
  • Following up webinars with analysis for sales and marketing to provide to clients, also generating post-event full reporting and debriefing.

Requirements

What you’ll need:

  • To have a keen interest in webinar technologies and digital marketing
  • A proven track record of meeting targets and objectives.
  • To be a customer service oriented and confident individual.
  • Be able to work autonomously, as well as being flexible to take initiatives and present alternative solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have strong organisational skills whilst having excellent attention to details and the ability to work methodically.
  • Have a flexible approach to working hours and objectives as webinars can be outside of typical UK working hours.
