Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Content Executive to join the Global Brands division, working on paid-for content across a portfolio of market-leading brands within the Food, Nutra, Cosmetics and Pharma industries. The ideal candidate will love content marketing and project management and have an ambition to build a career in online publishing.

The Commercial Content Executive will support Commercial Content Editor in creating and delivering paid content with promotional features (80%) and Spotlight On broadcasts/client webinars (20%) for NutraIngredients, FoodNavigator, CosmeticsDesign, FeedNavigator, OutsourcingPharma, BioPharma Reporter and associated brand extensions and verticals by:

· Liaising with customers in order to produce high quality promotional features for publication on the above sites.

· Gathering and organising all materials for promotional features.

· Playing an active role in identifying and securing high level speakers for Spotlight On events, and ensuring their presentations and input meet the commercial objectives of the event.

· Collaborating with global teams, including Sales, Marketing, Editors, Adops, Digital and Online Events.

· Liaising with freelancers as required.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

CONTENT (Promotional Features) 80%

· Liaise with customers to provide excellent service from point of booking to delivery of promotional feature in a timely and appropriate manner

· Maintain good relationships with our customers and provide them with excellent service to facilitate the delivery of their advertising campaigns

· Administration of the Commercial Content email account, thereby organising the workload

· Monitor, schedule and update promotional bookings on Trello

· Set up articles on CMS, create URL previews and liaise with customer on revisions

· Chase outstanding materials, including images

· Organisation and updating when needed the specs and guidelines documentation to help the department strengthen internal and external communication and quality

· Edit images and download videos as required

· Monitor, check and file all material supplied for promotional features and chase customers for outstanding materials

· Update status of bookings on CRM as required

· Liaise with Sales team regarding customers / bookings status as required

· Research and source industry data / industry reports and trends for WRBM written promotional features

· With training, edit promotional features, according to WRBM guidelines

· Monitoring and reporting back on the performance of client campaigns

· Actively use social media to promote promotional features, as required

NETWORKING

· Occasionally attend key industry events as required (UK and overseas).

· Develop and build relationships with new and existing customers

INTERNAL COLLABORATION

· Work very closely with Commercial Content Editor, Adops (US and UK) and Sales (Global) to meet deadlines and communicate delays or issues

· Liaise with Online Events and Marketing as required for Spotlight On bookings

· Liaise with Digital Commercial Strategy as required on data to inform content

Candidate Profile

· Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· An interest in writing and editing

· An appetite to learn new systems and processes

· An interest in the Food and Nutra industries, B2B experience beneficial

· Strong knowledge of Excel

· Knowledge of photo editing (Photoshop, Paint 3D, Photos etc) is beneficial

· Knowledge of Trello, CMS and CRM systems is beneficial, but training can be given

· Excellent client relationship skills

· Highly organised and able to deal with a fast-paced, pressured working environment

· Ability to multitask
