The chief executive of the Duke Street Capital-led brand, which has reported over two years of like-for-like sales growth, collected the Best Individual prize in front of 470 of the great and good of the UK’s eating and drinking-out sector, at The Guildhall in the City. Amongst the other winners on the night were Pret A Manger, Brasserie Blanc, Franco Manca Turtle Bay and Stonegate Pub Company.
