The Grocer is looking for a multi-media business journalist to lead our coverage of the alcoholic drinks industry in all its intoxicating, colourful and controversial glory.
You’ll be covering sales performance, consumer trends, innovation, ranging & merchandising, branding, pricing etc. across the leading suppliers and retailers.
The Grocer is the multi-award-winning bible of the fmcg market, one of the UK’s biggest, most interesting and most high-profile business media publications, and the flagship title of the highly successful William Reed group, a family-owned publishing and events business, whose interests include operations in the UK, France and the US.
We're based in Crawley, just 30 minutes from the lively seaside town of Brighton, and 10 minutes from Gatwick, with its fast connections to London and the world.
Your brief is to break important stories, with a licence to write (and record and collate) intelligent and thought-provoking blogs, analysis pieces, features and profiles. You will also be responsible for developing The Grocer’s Drink Awards.
