Champion of Champions

Champion of Champions, organised and run by Meat Trades Journal, is an annual competition which takes award-winning sausages from across the UK and pitches them head-to-head to decide the UK's overall best sausage, awarding one butcher with the ultimate accolade - the Champion of Champions.

As the name of the competition suggests, to qualify for entry, sausage-makers must be the holder of the top award in a current, recognised competition or evaluation.
